To secure your room at Premier Sani Pass Hotel, a R900 deposit per room is required.
You’ll be able to choose your room type, how many people will be sharing, dietary preferences, room setup, and which race you’re running. Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use this information to put your booking together and send you an invoice to confirm and pay before the final due date.
*No sleeper couches available in the 2-person rooms.

CAMPING
For an immersive event experience, we will be constructing a tented village on the beautiful grounds of the Hotel with dining areas and ablutions with hot showers.

Tent and mattress provided. Please bring your own bedding.

Each person will receive their own 2-person tent.
If you want to share a tent, we recommend using one tent for both sets of luggage, and putting both mattresses in the other tent. You do not need to pre-register for this, just let us know when arrive at registration and the team will make sure you get 2 tents next to each other.

To book a room you will need to click the TICKETS button.

You will have access to the layout of the hotel where you can book your room.

Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.

Move your mouse over the rooms (square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in so that you can see all the info & be sure that it suits your needs & then click on the room that you want to book.

Click on SELECT & ensure the room moves across to order summary on the right. Once you are happy with your order summary then click NEXT and follow the prompts to answer all the questions.

ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking, and invoice you accordingly.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

A deposit of R900 per room secures your booking.
-
In mid-January 2027, you will receive an invoice reflecting your booking, and your balance amount outstanding.

Final balance is due before 26th February 2027.

You can change the details of your booking, such as meal preferences and King or Twin beds - but not the actual room you have booked.

Please email sanipass.res@premierhotels.co.za with your change requirements.

Should you wish to cancel before the 26th February 2027, you need to email sanipass.res@premierhotels.co.za & we will do our utmost to fill your room for you from the waitlist. The person taking over your room will pay the R900 deposit to you & only once this is confirmed in writing from you, will the room be transferred.

Should we not be able to find anyone to take over your room, an admin cancellation fee of R900 will apply up to 26th February 2027.

Bookings not fully settled by 26th February 2027, and not cancelled in writing to sanipass.res@premierhotels.co.za before 26th February 2027, will lose the booking and forfeit the R900 deposit.

From 27th February 2027 to 26th March 2027 a 50% of total booking cancellation fee will apply.

From 27th March 2027 to 22nd April 2027 there will be no refunds (100% cancellation fee).

GLENCAIRN FARM
In 2024, Glencairn Farm became the Race Village for RMB Ultra-trail Drakensberg. A move designed to save you the effort of driving around on Race Weekend, and do very little apart from running and supporting.

The Farm is a dream venue, set against the backdrop of the Drakensberg mountains under the folds of the peaks and ridgelines that are run throughout the weekend's racing.

For RMB UTD, runners and supporters can choose between:

Hotel Accommodation - Limited rooms are available at Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel, offering convenience and comfort right at the heart of the event.

Camping Packages - A budget-friendly and social option, with 3-night and 4-night packages available to suit your race weekend plans.
Accommodation booking details, deposit information, and deadlines will be communicated directly to registered runners. Please review the package details and booking steps carefully before securing your spot.

For RMB | UTD 2027 there are a number of Premier Resorts Sani Pass Hotel rooms available on a 3 night package with dinner and breakfast included daily. You can opt for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, or Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You will be able to add extra nights to the 3 nights you select. Rooms will open for bookings on Quicket on 29th September at 12 noon.
Only runners entered into UTD 2027 by 12 noon on the 28th of September will get access to the hotel room booking process.
