 REFUND POLICY

  • 80% BEFORE 31/1/2019

  • 50% BEFORE 28/2/2020

  • ZERO AFTER 28/2/2020 (Unless a valid Doctor’s Certificate can be produced demonstrating inability to take part on the day. Any refund forthcoming will have all expenses deducted.)


UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES

  • Should you wish to upgrade to a longer distance at UTD prior to 28/2/2020 then you will need to top up to the required entry fee.

  • Should you wish to downgrade to a shorter distance at UTD prior to 28/2/2020 then no refund on the difference will be paid out by the event

  • No upgrades will be accepted after 28/2/2020

  • Downgrades after 28/2/2020 must be accompanied by a valid Doctor’s Certificate and there is the possibility that correct event apparel will not then be available.


ROLLOVERS

  • Rollovers to the following year’s event will be accepted up to the 28/2/2020

  • Rollovers will attract a 10% administration fee and a top-up fee to the following year’s event prices

  • Rollovers after 28/2/2020 will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid Doctor’s Certificate. Any such rollover will have all expenses deducted plus the addition of a 10% administration fee. Any top up to the following year’s entry fees will also be required.
